Tony is a founding partner of Romanis Cant and has over 30 years of experience in providing insolvency services, litigation support and advisory services.

Tony is a Registered Liquidator, an Official Liquidator of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Trustee in Bankruptcy. Tony is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association.

Tony’s experience includes numerous complex insolvency administrations and company workouts over a wide range of industries, preparation of investigating accountant’s reports for financiers and solicitors and other litigation support, as well as business valuations and profitability assessments. These assignments have been undertaken at the request of solicitors, major banks, shareholders, financiers and statutory authorities and conducted to the benefit of all stakeholders.

Tony has previously been involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations including local schools and the Australian Community Support Organisation (ASCO) for a significant period of time.
