Romanis Cant is a dynamic chartered accounting firm located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD that provides restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, forensic accounting, business advisory services and taxation advice. Romanis Cant was founded by Mr James Romanis and Mr Anthony Cant in 1985, making it the one of the oldest continuing practices specialising in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy in Melbourne.
For over 35 years Romanis Cant has provided robust restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy business advisory services and tax advice to SME businesses and individuals in all types of industries across Melbourne and Victoria.

Tony is a founding partner of Romanis Cant and has over 30 years of experience in providing insolvency services, litigation support and advisory services. He is a Registered Liquidator, an Official Liquidator of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Trustee in Bankruptcy.
